Scope and acceptance
These terms govern purchases from our online store. By placing an order you agree to these conditions, our shipping and return procedures, and any product-specific instructions presented at the time of purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.
Order processing and timing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes picking, packing and preparing items for shipment from our Ottawa facility. For products that require freight delivery or special handling, additional lead time may be required and will be communicated on the product listing.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown at the time of purchase are binding for the order placed. Any taxes that apply will be displayed at checkout. We do not provide payment or pricing details beyond the total shown at checkout; please retain your receipt for your records.
Shipping, risk and delivery
We ship across Canada using contracted carriers. Typical domestic transit times after processing are 3–7 business days. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser when the carrier collects the shipment from our fulfilment centre unless local law provides otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Returned items are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused, unassembled condition and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for authorised returns are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. There is no restocking fee.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where statute mandates otherwise.
Product safety and recalls
Products are sold as described on the listing. If a safety issue or recall is announced for an item you purchased, we will communicate the manufacturer’s guidance when that information is available to us. Customers should follow all safety instructions provided with each product.
